"I was very happy with the service provided. The driver was courteous, and considerate of the time it took to get through the airport. He waited for me and assisted with a very heavy suitcase.
My only issue was with the comparison company I used to book the service. I called before I boarded the plane to see if I could delay the pick up time by 30 minutes. This would allow me time to get immigration, and baggage reclaim without the taxi driver having to hang around for ages. They wanted an additional £10 for this!! For the future I will book direct with the taxi company, it would probably bring the journey cost down also."
